Sanlorenzo 44 Alloy

This 44.50-metre Sanlorenzo 44Alloy, built in 2023, combines an aluminium hull and superstructure with exterior and interior design by Zuccon International Project. It belongs to one of Sanlorenzo’s most recognisable ranges, known for its contemporary architecture, generous volume and decks designed for a more complete way of living on board.

With 490 GT, accommodation for 10 guests and 9 crew, this 44Alloy offers the volume and separation expected from a recent superyacht of this size. She has been privately used since delivery and records 865 hours on the port engine and 864 hours on the starboard engine.

Sanlorenzo’s character and pedigree

The 44Alloy reflects Sanlorenzo’s current design language: clean lines, solid proportions, intelligent use of aluminium, and an architecture focused on the balance among design, volume, and cruising comfort.

The aluminium construction allows for a more flexible layout and spaces that connect naturally with the exterior decks, while clearly separating the owner’s area, guest accommodation and crew circulation.

Two-level owner’s area

One of the yacht’s most distinctive features is her two-level owner’s area. The main suite is located on the main deck, with a dressing room, an en suite bathroom, and a private lobby, connected by an internal staircase to a private office on the upper deck.

This upper level enjoys open views and direct access to the pool terrace, creating a private and functional area for working, reading or relaxing without crossing the main guest areas.

Life on board and layout

Life on board is arranged around four main areas: the main deck, upper deck, sun deck and beach club.

On the main deck, the aft cockpit connects naturally with the interior salon and dining area. The professional galley, pantry, laundry, and technical/service spaces are arranged on a separate, functional circulation plan.

The upper deck brings together the sky lounge, exterior dining area, wheelhouse, owner’s office and pool terrace. It can serve as a social deck, a navigation deck, or a private extension of the owner’s area, depending on the time of day.

The sun deck features an exterior dining area, bar, grill, fridge, ice maker, sink, and lounge areas, designed for comfortable, extended outdoor use.

On the lower deck, there are two VIP cabins and two twin cabins, all en suite. The crew has an independent area for 9 crew members. In the aft area, the beach club lounge/gym extends the yacht’s direct connection with the sea.

Engines, range and cruising comfort

This Sanlorenzo 44Alloy is powered by twin MTU 16V2000 M96L engines, each delivering 1,939 kW. She reaches an approximate top speed of 20 knots, with a comfortable cruising speed of 13 knots and an economical speed of 11 knots.

At 11 knots, she offers an approximate range of 2,000 nautical miles, supported by 46,000 litres of fuel capacity. Technical highlights include NAIAD stabilisers, an ABT bow thruster, two 118 kW generators, IDROMAR watermakers and VECO air conditioning.
